By booking a cab with us — via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website booking form — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. About Us
Bangalore to Chennai One Way Taxi is a cab service operating on the Bangalore–Chennai (NH48) corridor, based in Mahadevapura, Bangalore, Karnataka. We provide one-way drop taxi services between Bangalore/Bengaluru and Chennai and surrounding areas.

2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation from our team with driver name, vehicle number, and trip details. Submitting the online booking form or sending a WhatsApp message alone does not constitute a confirmed booking until we respond with confirmation.
- Bookings are confirmed within 2–30 minutes during business hours
- For trips departing between midnight and 5 AM, please book at least 4 hours in advance
- We recommend confirming airport pickups at least 12 hours before your flight
3. Pricing & All-Inclusive Fare
Our fares are all-inclusive. The confirmed price includes:
- Fuel charges for the entire trip
- All highway toll charges on NH48
- Driver batta (allowance)
- Parking charges at pickup point
- Interstate permit (Karnataka to Tamil Nadu or return)
Current base fares (subject to change — confirmed fare at time of booking applies):

Extra charges may apply for: waiting beyond 30 minutes at pickup point (₹100 per 30 minutes), additional stops not agreed at time of booking, or routes significantly different from Bangalore–Chennai NH48.
4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or call 7204741092. Cancellations are accepted only via direct communication — not through automated forms.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the agreed time
- Maximum luggage: 3 bags for Sedan, 5 bags for Innova/Crysta. Excess luggage must be declared at booking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
- Consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for items left behind in the vehicle
- Seat belts must be worn at all times. Children must use appropriate child seats (to be arranged by the passenger)
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged at actual cost
6. Driver & Vehicle
- We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle model with an equivalent or higher category if the booked vehicle is unavailable
- All drivers are police-verified, Aadhaar-verified, and hold valid commercial driving licenses
- Drivers are not permitted to deviate from the agreed route without passenger consent
- In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle at no extra cost. Reasonable time for replacement applies
7. Flight & Train Delays (Airport/Station Pickups)
For airport and railway station pickups, we track your flight or train and adjust the driver's arrival accordingly at no extra cost, provided you have shared your flight/train number at the time of booking. Waiting time beyond 60 minutes after actual arrival may attract a waiting charge of ₹100 per 30 minutes.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, road blockades, bandh, government restrictions, extreme weather, or accidents. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to complete your journey or arrange an alternative.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the confirmed fare for the trip. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed meetings, or loss of business. Passengers are advised to factor in adequate travel time for time-sensitive commitments.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
